We pay for his albums and concert tickets, well at least some of us, there are some people here that called themselves hardcore fans and only own burned CD's. He has more than enough money from royalties if he has to pay for his stupid mistake.

Okay, maybe I don't have the whole story, but if Bush lost it and hit a fan he deserves to get sued. It was very immature and unprofessional, IMO. I don't give a shit what the guy was doing. Unless he actually threw shit at the band, there's no reason to attack him.

jimbob: you don't know the whole story. bush let the guy know he wasn't going to take his shit and then the guy came towards him. so the guy was ready to have it out with him. which makes it consentual. and anyway bush missed him. then the rest of the band and guys from judas priest started yelling at te guy and then the crowd started in on him. so he could only realy sue the crowd.
