Alright, I wanna pre-order TGCD, with all the trimmings.

Problem = I am American, all these places I see to pre-order are charging Euro, or Pounds, or Quid? or whatever the Brittys call em. Regardless, im in a jam, anyone ever do this before, have any info, help me out, yet again?
