Cymbals are destroying my ears, way too toppy! And the whole mix is pumping a fair bit, but I think if you sort the bass drum out this will go. I liked the rhythm guitars though

sometimes i like really present cymbals like that. but your ears really need a break from those hi freqs. if you dont want to touch the eq, then maybe reduce the tails by lowering the amount of room mic in the mix, or just compress less on the OHs and hi hat or whatever else
Yeah ever since someone pointed out the cymbals, they have bee a little irritating. will do jack.
