i dont get it. lizard, they like rat on you for being sick? why do they do that? do they think you're robots? i dont understand companies. i call in sick when i'm sick. if anyone had a problem with that, i guess i'd just have to go bring work to their house the next time they got sick. or an oompa band.

I have over 1200 hours of sick leave saved up. I defy anyone to claim I am abusing it, and I deeply resent my name being forwarded for using a benefit I have worked hard to conserve.

but they looked at a report and noticed that our workforce locally uses more sick leave than other sites. in their minds, they won't blame themselves for creating a shitty work environment, so they try to set up an environment whereby it is the proletariat's fault, and that by scapegoating the workers, sick leave abuse will be curtailed.
