how is everybody? im new here..

got a question.. iv owned the greatest hits album for like two years now.. never really grew on me but now i LOVE it..

i love everything from there fast thrash to the slow balads.. what would be the best cds for me to get? ill get two at once..

the legacy is a badass tune

i like all the songs of the greatest hits.. some favs are practice what you preach, greenhouse effect, dog faced gods, return to serenity, over hte wall

id like the best of both.. the thrasy stuff and the softer stuff

:)

I suggest you start where the band did and then progress with them. Ive been a Testament fan since day one, and for me THE LEGACY is the best album they have ever done. My advice is to pick them all up one at a time in order of release:

The Legacy
The New Order
Practice What You Preach
Souls of Black
The Ritual
Low
Demonic
The Gathering

I'd buy Practice What You Preach (the softer stuff)and The Gathering (the heavier, thrashy sound, if I were you. And then, of course, all the rest

First get The Legacy(my 2nd favorite).....then The New Order(my Favorite).........then The Gathering(Great!...last studio effort)........then Practice What You Preach(biggest selling Testament album).......then First Strike Still deadly......& then fill in the blanks til ya got them all!
