Oh yes, but I've only seen it once quite some time ago - it's only a couple of years old. Small time movie - starring David Caruso. Very dark and sombre, set inside an actual abandoned lunatic asylum somewhere in the middle-of-nowhere America. Quite twisted at times, VERY high suspense, and keeps you thinking throughout. Set to the backdrop of someone uncovering a psychiatrist's tape sessions of a patient with multiple personality disorder. Certainly worthy of discussion at least.
