I've been wondering how endorsment deals work.Did they approach you first or did you send them letters written in lipstick with a tape of Nothing is Everything in it?
I'd like to add a D'addario endorsment to my Christmas list.

Perhaps they get a list with fucking good bassist (and some assholes) on it, then choose one by the name. I mean:

"Tyr"? Nah, to small.
"Steve Digiorgio"? Hmmm... Nope. Hate Hippies...
"Sean Malone"? Seems like a Mariner name. No way, but send him an abacus.
"George Michael". Hmmm... Seems very male. And sounds good. I want him!
