I don't think they did. I found a list on a swedish newspaper site and it shows:
Årets hårdrock: Haunted: One kill wonder

THEY WAS ROBBED!!!

Or maybe someone who speaks swedish tells us I misunderstood, but I don't think so...

Ah that's too bad, although The Haunted deserved it aswell, they have been doing real good in sweden, so I am not surprised. But I thought Damnation was going to be recognized by a bigger crowd, and win because of that. But anyway, as Mike said, Who cares, right?

the haunted would have been my second choise. they can be pretty tight, is saw them live a few months ago.
at least waaay freekin better than backyard babies who make the same song ten times on a record.
