Dudes, THIS ISN'T A PERMANENT THING. I'm not going to quit for 30 days, then say "hey I've gone this long, might as well never drink again!" because I love me some ralcohol. I'm just doing this as an experiment and such.lurch70 said:ok ... my bad then
check this ... beer is bad if you want to lose weight ... it bloats you and ads on pounds.
mixed drinks or straight stuff like Jack, etc ... ususally lot of sugar, so this is bad also
my recomendation .... fuck cold turkey ... have a glass of wine every night ... great with food and gives you a nice buzz ... plus it's supposed to be good for your heart and you won't gain any weight either.
of course ... I am most likely wrong about this
The health benefits of alcohol are not limited to wine, recent studies have shown. The rule of thumb is 5 to 6 drinks a week is the optimum level to see health benefits, any less and it won't do anything, any more and it becomes harmful.
