Hail!! My 'name' is Summoner, and I have chosen this forum to spread my infinite wisdom of metal ! (*cough)
My main interest lies in the Black/Death/Doom field, with an emphasis on Black. I do however care for all other forms of metal (except 99% of the mallcore bands). Some of my favourite bands include:
Abigor, Aesma Daeva, Darkthrone, Immortal, Maudlin of the Well (!!!), Mayhem, Therion, Thyrfing, Summoning (!!!), Solefald, Satyricon, Blind Guardian, Pan-Thy-Monium, My Dying Bride, Ulver, Primordial... etc.
Next year I am doing a journalism study, in the mean time I gather experience by writing reviews and doing interviews for www.metalfan.nl, a popular Dutch metal webzine.
I'm looking forward to posting at this message board!
