HIgh everybody...

Newbie to the metal forums but not the metal genre.

Joined up cause this is one huge forum. and the posting seems less retarded than other places ive visited.

Anyway, been a rock/metal fan since age of 6.
My favorite bands are(in no particular order)
Black Sabbath
Led Zeppelin
Deep Purple
Rush
Iron Maiden
Megadeth
metallica
Slayer (goin to see them again in july as they roll through town, Montreal)

Started playing bass about a month ago, used to play drums as a teen(until i moved out of parents place and no drumming was allowed in apartment)
Recently bought a house, I work in Computer industry, i drive a small toyota(gas prices made me decide to sell my big ol Buick) wife and I have 2 cats, My socks are itchy, and the day is almost over so im getting ready to go home.

Great sig...I've always been a "Powerslave" fan and I think it's a very underrated Maiden release.

I have an older brother, hence why i got into metal early. Use to sneak into his album collecton(vynyls) and bassically put on whatever had the coolest stuff on the album cover.

At age 6 i was into kiss, by age ten i was into Ozzy, sabbath, Maiden...
