If you have not seen the movie Zeitgeist (2007) yet, you need to watch it. I need to get my dyed-in-the-wool Christian friend to watch it, although I doubt he'd be able to last more than a few seconds after they finish discussing the origin of good and evil and how the "sun" dies on the cross. :saint:
He'd probably just chalk it up to being fictionalized propaganda/conspiracy theories though...

So is The Year The Sun Died a reference to the coming of the new age?

Haha, no. I thought maybe it had been mentioned around here a while back, but it would have been a while ago, and I can't check. A friend of mine, who is a lot more studied in theology/theoretical physics in general had just recently stumbled upon it as well, so I don't feel that out of touch.

Next you're going to tell me where Christmas presents come from too. Try not to ruin those beliefs as well now that the stork is officially dead.

Since you posted a thread on something ancient as the first Zeitgeist movie, yes I will.

Here are some interesting facts about Christmas.
