I highly recommend checking out Ark. I saw them last year at ProgPower 2.0 in Atlanta, and they blew me away. I got to talk to Randy Coven(bassist) afterwards. He wasn't very talkative. :/

I saw Jorn Lande(singer) with Yngwie, and I think his vocals are much better and more diverse with Ark. The music is really good, and I love the inclusion of acoustic guitar. Ark is a great band, and I hope they are around for a long time. I'd really like to see them again. If they come near you, go see them! You all should check out their latest album, "Burn the Sun".

I know most of the bands you listed, but I'll check out the others. I didn't really care for Ark, but Zero Hour, Watchtower, Spastic Ink, Aghora, Gordian Knot, and Cynic are some of my favorite bands. Come down to the Spastic Ink/Watchtower forum for some other great recommendations.
