avi, question: AiAF? p.80 explains how to set it up, saying "In the Rec. menu, select AiAF", but when i open my Rec menu, the first thing is the auto-timer...there's no AiAF option?

do i have "disable AiAF" turned on somewhere?

oh, never mind? i think i was playing with the camera in autofocus and replay modes only, not Manual mode. and obviously you can't choose whether to turn autofocus on or off in standard autofocus mode.

Here is my drawer of food on which I nibble all day. I am pretending to eat a forkful of tofu pieces from Bread & Circus. counterclockwise are roasted soy nuts, pepitas, dried papaya chunks, and dried cranberries. you can also see a mostly-empty canister of bacony BacOs and a stack of Indian heat-n-eat meals:

Here is my work computer/workstation. Notice it's extremely messy, and this is after I cleaned it up.

I would take more interesting ones, but I'm trying to shut off the flash so my boss stops looking over whenever he sees what appears to be lightning here in the basement.
