So my landlord wants to sell the place. She got money to make improvements so she could but is using it so wisely that I figure we've got another two years before they even make it up here.
-the railings on the front steps have rotted out and will become projectiles in the next wind storm so we . . . tear out the chain link fence around the front and install a tall wooden privacy fence (while leaving chain link on the sides)
-the back steps have rotted out entirely so we . . . tear them off the house and use the resulting gap to store tools for the aforementioned fence project
Mind you, we rent the 2nd floor of this two family as it's not legally rentable and my landlord's yet to mention any plans to get this up to code.
