Houston & Dallas, TX?

Does anyone know of any good clubs in Houston, TX and Dallas/Fort Worth, TX? Or good promoters in those areas please let me know.

Can't really help so much with promoters but in terms of venues the leading candidates catering to the type of music we often discuss here in the forum would be:

Ridglea Theater (Fort Worth)
Palladium Ballroom (Dallas)
Granada Theater (Dallas)
The Meridian (Houston)

Don't forget FBI #1 in Houston, I am sure they would love to have the shows there, also the Engine Room in Houston.

Keep trying, they are sometimes a little slow, but once they respond it happens fast.

I don't know how other people feel about the Engine Room, but I don't ever plan to see another show there. A horrible venue, IMO.

The Meridian seems to be the place for shows lately...upcoming Doro, Kamelot, Epica, Symphony X, Nightwish, Sonata Arctica, Finntroll.

That is definitely the truth. Engine Room has really gone down hill.
The Meridian, Warehouse Live, Stafford Center, FBI Rocks 1 and 2. Those are all excellent locations!
