How is this drum tone?

i hear so many recordings on here with such kickass drums. what am i doing wrong? how can i make it better?

im using superior drummer avatar, but i also have the ny studios.

honestly. The tone of the drums is really only relevant in the whole mix. w/guitars/bass/vocals. those sound pretty descent just by themselves.

thanks for the reply. my pod farm isnt working right now because of there update so i couldnt leave the guitars in...

There's a little bit too much reverb on the snare imo.
