How many bands named Death Squad can you remember?

There was one on Ever Rat/medusa records from the northwest and one on Triple XXX records that I can remember, but I know there was more.

I can't remember any bands with that name, only the debut album "Death Squad" by German Thrashers DARKNESS.

Sacred Reich released the Death Squad song on their Ignorance album in 1987.

I'm reaching, I know. But it's a killer song.
