Everything is balanced, but the overall track sounds a bit boxy, as if it were recorded by a mic in a rehearsal room. I think it boils down to missing some more basic processing: filters, compressing, eqing, etc...

Bass seems to have ancient strings. You could boil your bass strings just before recording to regain a little brightness.
