How to start a forum?

Hiya,

i am working on a new design for my Samael fansite, and as i've been missing one forum here - it is possible to start a(n unofficial) Samael forum here?

They already got one on the official site, but is far less sophisticated and unknown to the kids then one here would be.

any possibilities on this one?
