I wanna add an Axel Rudi Pell forum on here.
How can I add a forum by UltimateMetal.com? I can't find in this site? It is free.. or I need to pay?? Help me, please

If you want an official forum, you need to contact the official website and tell them about UM.

We don't do fan-run forums at the moment.

Agreed. I have a large collection of electric fans, and I would love a place to talk to others about them.
