I still say she wasn't a troll, but then attempted to come off as one when Something Awful and 4chan started making fun of her. There were years of investigations (still ongoing) as to her online activity prior to the stories first arrival and there was some evidence that she was a real total goth mary sue, but not totally conclusive.
