HQ Sound FX Library for Windows

Hey guys I know a bunch of you probably work with Windows here, so I was just wondering where I can get my hands on a high quality library of Sound FX files, similar to those found in Apple Loops, for Windows.
Any help would be mucho appreciated and probably make all my recordings 10x more epic.

Freesound.com is a good source, most sounds are under creative commoms license so you'll only need to credit the author if you want to use them in any way.

I think you mean freesound.org right? It's a very nice database. I use that all the time!!
