HSM stands for HOLY SHIT MIDS?

I love my HS80ms.
I'd replace them with something much, much more expensive when that time comes but nothing around the same range can compete for me.

I'm thinking of buying these ones too.
Currently starting to build a setup here at home for mixing because my room is bigger and much much higher then my studio room.

The KRK's (vxt6 @ studio) have a VERY strange midrange.

Haven't decided yet, Adam A7 or HSM80...

I've heard both KRKs (5" or 6", can't remember) and some Genelecs at friend's studio... I'm sorry to say but both of them sound like bad joke compared to HS80m...
Other than that I really have no other experience with different monitors, but I'm extremely happy with accurate frequency response from my Yamaha, and as Jordon already pointed out - mixes really translate MUCH better with these!

I had HS-80s for a couple of months, absolutely loved them, then I heard the MSP-7's which to me was everything I liked about the HS80s but just better in every aspect. They are super mid forward and since they aren't rear ported the low end isn't as exaggerated. I'm saving up for some Opals or Focal Twins to go with them to give me a bit of bigger picture.
