Whats messed up is even though they are "fixed" they still really are not that "fixed" in other words the drum track is still crap by my personal standards.

I told this band that after this song was done, they need to practice alot more before having at it again.

was my first real band and our first DIY demo recording also (he was drumming, i was "engineering/producing" if i may say so...), 5 years ago i guess

Yea i would not program that shit honestly. Not because it would be hard but the drummer needs to hear how shitty he really is and go home and practice. Good luck though man i have worked with a few bands like this that made me want to shoot myself!
