SOIA is killer. I like Hardcore punk. I like NYHC.By Hardcore punk I mean Bad Brains type shit.

I fucking love SOIA I actually got the band logo tattooed on me...I hung out with Lou a few times that I saw them. They are all really nice guys. I have been meaning to start a webzine and have all the pics of bands that I hung out with in the 14 years of concerts that I have been going to. I have my fridge entirely covered with concert stubs. I have interviewed Chino(deftones) King Buzzo(melvins) Mike Patton(faith no more/tomahawk/mr.bungle/ect.ect.) Rob Flynn( machine head). I know it's a hard pill to swallow but I have really got those guys to interview for me( gave them a fake zine name at the time with the sole intention of actually getting it off the ground) My lazy ass just needs to get internet hooked up at home so I can start designing the shit(can't do it at work) I just wish I had more time, I work for the state during the week and at a coffee shop(xtra pocket cash) on the weekends and I am going school at the same time....My brain is usually so fried half the time because I am so fucking sleep deprived that it seems like I will never get it started. THe thing that really sucks is that I haven't been able to knock any beers back in over a month because I am working 24/7 Sorry for the rant but me and no beer makes for one sad and angry person

Again thanx Crypt, that is what i meant. Some ppl are calling her "punk" because she shops at Hot Topic and shit. Her music is a disgrace. And the ppl who are calling her a punk should be shot on sight.

MHFYRD: Sick of it All is one of my favorites too. I saw them a few months ago, and they still rock hard after so many years. Never sold out. And i have hung out with them too, and you are right, they are the nicest guys.

Punk and Oi are part of a grand chain for the metal and stuff we enjoy today.Follow this short progression for example:Ritual chants>Folk Music>Country and Blues>Rock and Roll>Punk>Heavy Metal>Nu Metal.....It is all relative.Punk sounds simple because technically it is.Ozzy sounded simple back in the 70's too compared to something like Testament or Slayer.

The Blackest of the Black tour did not get cancelled (yet). The dates will be re-schedueled. I am looking forward to the Misfits set. Glenn and Doyle on stage at the same time will be pretty fucken kick ass IMO.
