I'm so pissed right now that the promoter hat is coming off.

Arcturus is promoting their appearance at the Inferno Festival in April, 2012.


I have never dealt with a such a group of unprofessional assholes in my career. I bent over backwards to accomodate them like I have no other band and in return, they spit in the face of both me & all of the fans that had made plans to see them here.

Their lame-ass excuse should be even more apparent now.

I'd been meaning to pick up one of their discs to check 'em out prior to the festival. Now I'm glad I hadn't -- and WON'T -- wasted any money on them.

Quite honestly, Arcturus (IMO) is one of the most overrated bands of all-time, so I could care less if they continue to screw themselves with bad business decisions that isolate promoters and fans.

I think they are playing Inferno because Borknagar also is headlining that festival. They probably cornered ICS and asked him if both bands could play there. That said, my money is on a cancellation.
