I have a Soldano Avenger on the way.

I've wanted one of these for a minute, so I finally took the plunge and found a pretty sweet one on another forum.

This one is unique as it has the Soldano SLO transformer(s), which was exclusive to that amp and super $$$. Soldano used to offer it as an upgrade, but no longer does AFAIK.

A few dudes I know owned this amp and said it sounds absolutely huge. I'm sooo psyched to get her. Expect clip comparisons!

Should sound ballsy as hell!

Even though Soldano claims that the Avenger is the SLO lead circuit, it still uses different quality components and different transformers, but I'm hoping this transformer upgrade gives it some mojo! Hell, they sound great on their own from the clips I've heard though.

I think this might me the amp for me, for the tones I want. Hotrodded Marshall, but something that keeps the general qualities of the Marshall sound intact!
