The kick sounds way to plastic-like to me.
The guitars are pretty fucking loud, but the kick definitely cuts through.

On my headphones, which have really good bass response, the kick has absolutely no low-end.

I would remix the drums with different samples all together. I don't really think they fit the vibe the guitars are giving off. I think you need REALLY big drums for that.

Also, tighter playing on the guitars would make those breakdown-ish things a lot better.

However, with all that being said, this is a good mix, for what it is.

I would just tweak a few things personally.

Your first post sounds better than all your updates. My concern is that the guitars, have a bit too much low that i'd cut a bit to make the bass breathe more. I think the snare sound isn't fitting to the drum sound at some parts as if you put to much reverb on some tracks and the snare is lost in it behind the drums. Are the guitars tracked from an amp? If not, i'd add the clean sound to it since i can't really hear every picking hit with much definition. I'd probably high pass some stuff, especially the reverb to add more clarity. This mix is really going somewhere. You should post details of your tracking.

The kick sounds very clicky but dosen't seem to have a whole lot of "kick" although it does cut through the guitars nicely.

i am debating whether to have a louder bass or a louder kick.... or should i just sidechain compress???
anyways.. i cut the ends a little more on the guitars.

A nice trick is to create a bus on wich you put the kick and the bass and add a compressor on it so anytime the kick punches, the bass will be dragged with it and they'll be working out together.
