How can I get a picture underneath my name? I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this but who cares.

Click the FAQ tab (at top right of page).
Click the "How do I get a picture under my username?" link under the User Maintenance heading.

I'm not sure if this solves your problem, but who cares?
