I dont have experience with reamps, so i dont know if i have to amp with a preamp o mixer the line of a guitar that i going to record. Then this line i would use it for reamp.

Amp or no amp a line record???

Search the forum a bit.

You need to record a DI signal from your guitar, run it out of a LINE LEVEL output from your recording interface/mixer (mono obviously--it's a good idea to pan the guitar to be reamped hard left and use the left line level output) and then run that into a reamp box to convert the impedance level into a guitar amplifier.

Recording
When recording the guitar, you need to connect it as follows:

1. Guitar -> Instrument Input on interface

or

2. Guitar -> DI-box mic level -> mic preamp on interface

or

3. Guitar -> DI-box line level -> line input

...depending on what hardware you have.

Reamping
When reamping the guitar, you need to connect as follows:

Line output -> Reamp box -> Amplifier

Then you play the previously recorded audio into the line output.
