ok so far this week the biggest pet peeve of interviewing/screening is that our ad specifically states "NO CALLS PLEASE, FAX OR EMAIL RESUMES ONLY" and for 5 days i've gotten well over 55-60 phone calls about this fucking job.

these are awesome. i can't believe the number of spelling errors that fly through my work from supposedly higher-ups and technically adept people.

I think you have to consider the high percentage of those people who are idiots and qualified for ANY job before making grand assumptions about the economy.

they just raised interest rates again (the day before I got my house loan approved ), so it can't be all bad.
