I didn't know this before you brought it up, but looking around online, I see that the song was originally called "987", and plays in one bar of nine, one bar of eight, then one bar of seven...and 987 is a Fibonacci number?

1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8,..then it descending 5, 3, 2, 1, 1, then up again...2, 3, 5, 8, 13, then down 8, 5, 3
