I couldn't believe the collection of tapes they had.

I mean, I was in hard rock heaven.

I don't have much money so I had to limit myself to 5 tapes (They were $2 and $3 each)

I got these:

Extreme - Extreme
Cinderella - Nightsongs
Yngwie Malmsteem - Trilogy
Queensryche - Operation: Mindcrime
T.N.T - Tell No Tales

got this CD:

Status Quo - Pictures of Matchstick Men

and this GC Game:

Mario Kart: Double Dash

all for $40.

So pleased.

WIND ME UP that's all you do!
WIND ME UP...

I have a CD Player...

But how often do you see these great albums in a shop on CD for $2 all there for your convenience?

And the thought of just putting a rocking tape into the car tape player and headbanging at any point of a rocking song is just awesome.

I LIKE MY NEW TAPES AND YOU'RE JUST JEALOUS.

Cool album. I still love it. :worship:

When I First did some writing/recording with Mark Boals a couple of years ago, I reminded him that I hadn't started high school when this came out. :Spin:

I also had Tell No Tales on cassette given to me by a friend. It got me into TNT for a while.

Tapes rule - they're a lot cheaper than CDs (particularly when you go to Asia a bit like I do), so you can buy stuff you wouldn't normally bother forking out CD price for. My music collection is much bigger than it would have been had tapes not been available.
