Download it, dust it off, steal it, whatever. JayKeeley it's track #5 on your CD-R. 4 minutes of music containing more thought than many other band's entire careers. Sure it's pretty fucked up, but it's pretty damn good too.

Give me your thoughts on this extremely amazing arrangement.

@Paul: yes it's on California, track 5.

@J.: Mr. Bungle > teh yuo

@everyone who read this but didn't follow instructions: I hate you.

That's the best part about Mr. Bungle! Also, California is by far their most accessible album. :tickled: Also the final one. :cry:

Yeah I'm not really sure of the proper misspelling of "score" although the bastardization of IIIIIWEIIRDSS is commonplace (if you'll notice the original, it's only like 6 letters long, but regular practice stretches it out to near paragraph length).

Hehe, glad I'm such a positive influence. :p

I just burned you a copy of Mr. Bungle - Disco Volante to send off with Sculptured. May the force be with you.

They Never Knew They Were Robots > Ars Moriendi

It's true and you know it.
i might have to agree with this. that said, every song on California is fucking brilliant. the s/t also fucking rules. disco volante is the only one i havent really gotten into...is California offically the last? or do you just assume that since its been 5 years and everyone in the band is busy with other shit?

No, Patton said Bungle was done in an interview some months back. Although I think it was more of a "yeah I guess Bungle is done" instead of a "no. fuck you guys. we're THROUGH" type of deal. I'll have to find that interview to see how definitive the breakup was.

They Never Knew They Were Robots rules, sometimes I do enjoy it more than Ars Moriendi.

Here's where I read it, apparently this was "old news" a year and a half ago when it was first posted in the FNM forum here:

"I think [MR. BUNGLE] is over," Patton told Underdog Online. "The guys are spread all over the world and we don't talk to each other. I have not spoken to a couple of the guys since the last tour, years ago."

So who fucking knows, they release an album every 4 years so they're overdue.

Mr. Bungle continues to be "over" according to some involved, and "in limbo" according to others. We aren't holding our breath for an official statement or another release.

I need to check out the Secret Chiefs.
