dude i called the main best buy office in the US. they called his manager, and his manager never returned my calls! fucking bitch! seriously. the girl at headquarters called me last night at 6:15 and left a message on my cell phone apologizing and she said 'i actually don't know what's wrong with them, they're crazy'.

there are two guys, but he was the 'supervisor' of the computer department and was always answering the damn phone!
anyway, i should restate: i am actually writing the letter, but a lawyer here is signing it for me, just so you know... they realizing i am not fucking around.
i did get the extended warranty but i am going to tell them that i am never dealing directly with that particular store again. ever.
