If you had to pick A "Best of Opeth" what would the song's be . Don't worry about shattering concept albums by saying a song like demon of the fall . Ok so here are mine ,

hmm, not going to say whether or not I'd appreciate a best of (must agree with the sentiment on the other post that best of's are for part time fans.)
but I think that with Opeth the defferences in sound and production from album to album create a bit of a unique situation. If they were to do it properly I think the tracks would have to be arranged in chronological order.

I hope the topic of this thread remains hypothetical, as I can't imagine some poor sod buying an opeth album and not listening to every song. Just wouldn't be natural.

It's would be like Opeth making a video with Backdoor boys style coreographed dancing. Just not natural.
