i watched half of "Dog Soldiers" last night and this horrible dog in the movie

is portrayed as this cuddly hero and then when the werewolves attack the house he bites the sergeant's intestines which are hanging out of his belly from an earlier werewolf attack and starts pulling on them going GRRR GRRR GRRR while the sergeant pulls back and screams.

also the movie was only okay.

Remember how the dog attacked werewolves? Think a minute now. What did he start turning into at the end of the movie? You got it. A werewolf. It's the same thing that happened to that mean guy who shot that other dog in the beginning. They both "turned" long before they took on the appearance of the werewolves. The sudden attack on the sergeant representing the death of his human self and the birth of his new werewolf form. Damn you!

Wait a minute. Why didn't the dog attack that lying sneaky bitch? Man, now I hate that movie. Thanks a lot!

having watched the second half by this point, i can say that it was NOT only okay. in fact, it sucked.
