Ian Gillan in SF

Cool. Just found out that Ian Gillan is playing at Slim's in San Francisco on September 11th! Bitchin'. Already ordered my ticket. Should be cool....it's the Gillan's Inn Tour which is a celebration of his whole career......He's one of my top 2 or 3 vocalists for sure.

Ian Anderson is playing a local show here in October, with a full orchestra. I need to see if tix are still available!!! The symphonic Tull!!!

Hey, I guess it's the "Icons alone" series. Go figure. He was here in August, alas I did not go. Still, saw Tull proper this year for the first time, and in England! (as you well know). I've read about the orchestral shows, and there is some singing, and I think a little sort of acoustic set, so you will get your money's worth. It's not all Apocalyptica or anything. More like Tull with just Mr. Anderson present (and he really is Tull, let's face it).
