The US Metal heads ICHABOD KRANE have signed an exclusive distribution deal for Europe with PURE STEEL RECORDS. The new album "Day Of Reckoning" will be released on July 25th, 2014 through PSR. More news coming soon.

The release date of the new ICHABOD KRANE album "Day Of Reckoning" on CD is July 25th, 2014. The preorder phase will start on July 11th, 2014 in our webshop.

With ICHABOD KRANE Pure Steel Records presents a brand new project with famous musicians of the U.S. metal scene. Drummer of this band is none other than the former Sleepy Hollow member Tom Wassman, the bass is played by George Neal, the co-founder of the horror metal icons Halloween and Rick Graig (also Ex-Halloween) took on the guitars.

On the debut album "Day Of Reckoning" the quartet from the "Motor City" Detroit plays traditional Heavy/Power Metal with high-pitched vocals of front man Jeff Schlinz (Wulfhook), which should put a smile on the face of followers of Judas Priest or Cage. A powerful double bass and driving riffs in the tradition of Accept and Saxon ("Dark Valentine", "Fallen Angel", "Immortal") are meeting on catchy choruses and a thrilling, melodic songwriting, which perfectly fits on our label’s philosophy.

Classic heavy metal, performed with an easygoing freshness always got the right to exist; and this won’t change in the future...

The release date of the ICHABOD KRANE album „Beyond Eternity“ on CD is October 14th, 2016. The pre-order phase will start on September 30th, 2016 in our webshop.

We are friends with the US-Americans ICHABOD KRANE now for many years and already released their debut album „Day Of Reckoning“ (2014).

In the line up you can see the still actual Halloween bass player George Neal but also the guitarist Rick Graig, who’ve been in this Michigan cult band until 2001, as well the Damien and Halloween drummer Rob Brug. New by ICHABOD KRANE is Lisa Hurt on keyboards. Classical US Metal, strongly influenced by Judas Priest, is presented on the second album of the US quintet.

Driven by a great production and powerful double bass, ICHABOD KRANE present nine great Metal tunes, which are driven by the outstanding voice of Wülfhook singer Jeff Schlinz.

A must have for every lover of US Metal and visitor of Keep It True!
