Identify a Bass for me

I've recently realized how common this bass was, never noticed it before.

Thanks guys. It is a BADASS looking bass, but they're out of production I see. Any alternatives?

Chiming in to say HOLY SHIT 7 ANGELS 7 PLAGUES!! no one ever knows that band.

and whilst that bass is out of production you can find them used and the best thing is that they're all aged now and should have spectacular tone.

I'm a huge 1st/2nd wave metalcore fan, so they're at the top of my list. And sounds good, I'll hit up clist and ebay once my tax return comes in!

I'm pretty positive it's actually a Gibson Grabber, they had two models the Grabber has a sliding pickup. While, the Ripper just has three pickups, I forget what kind. Also the earlier in the 70's models are more desirable because they switched the wood they used on them. But, I forget the details on that, should be able to snag one for 600-800 bucks. Awesome basses, super heavy!
