I felt it (Forest Poetry) was too minimalistic and raw for my tastes when I checked him out a few years ago; less produced than eg Transylvanian Hunger and too feral and furious. Perhaps I should give it another try now but I don't really feel inclined to.

But the stuff with Nidhogg and the a soundscape stuff was kinda cool.

some ildjarn is pretty cool but for someone such as yourself who prefers to buy albums i would say don't bother

that Sort Vokter album really is something special, though

EDIT: just making a list of BM bands I want to check out, and I'm going through some of the mid-oldies like havohej, gorgoroth, "other" darkthrone, beherit, tormentor, gehenna, and will also try some of the early early birds. new stuff does not impress.

dunno why, but BM just fits my summer time mood these days

I like Det Frysende Nordariket, although I can understand why you wouldn't like it too much. Kinda goes for a while. Hardangervidda is good too.
