I voted for T2 though, that was my favorite movie when I was but a young gnome.

Commando for me. It's corny as all hell, but for sheer Ahnuld-ness, you can't beat it. Gotta love when he's rowing that inflatable raft towards the baddies' island. It's blatant hey-look-at-my-pecs-and-biceps-as-I-row-this-here-raft. And to boot, he's wearing nothing but a speedo. Yikes...

Also gotta love how he and that chick are in a teenie convertible and they slam into a metal light ole going at least 45MPH, and Ahnuld just jumps out like nothing happened. All hail the new GUVNAH!

I think I'm gonna go on Amazon and see if I can get me a copy of Conan :) anyone seen it already?

It's gotta be action movie, otherwise I love Twins too. Kelly Preston in that movie took many a tommy when I finally got it on VHS.

Otherwise Conan the Barbarian. Come on, it's Conan vs. Darth Vader!

Conan rocks, get them. Haven't seen them for years, but I mean come on, it's fucking Conan!

Yes, buy it. Buy the directors edition with all the extras. The soundtrack by Basil Pouledoris influenced about 90% of fantasy heavy metal.

Even to this day, the amount of bloodshed in that movie makes all the other Arnie action movies look like the Last Action Hero.

TidBit: The script was written by Oliver Stone.

I liked Last Action Hero, but mostly for the soundtrack. What The Hell Have I was one of Alice in Chain's best songs.

The final segment when he's storming the mansion to rescue his daughter is unbelievable. There's an army shooting at him, and EVERYONE misses. And he keeps switching weapon like they're coming out of nowhere. It's all very cool, especially when he kills Bennet at the end with the pipe and says "let off a little steam".

And he made jumping out of a 747 from the wheel base look easy!

Well wouldn't you know! HMV had DVD copies of Conan The Barbarian with all the extra goodies going for a mere six quid! So I bought that yesterday, watched it today...s'ok, not bad. I'll be taking it to the Brotherhood's Old School Video Mission on Friday ;)

Also remembered that I borrowed True Lies off a mate, so I'll be watching that soon...
