I can't seem to get any avatars up on my profile box thing under my username. I did the whole control panel thing, but it never works.

Just go to browse where it ask to enter your avatar and click on where it is in your Folder.

Use photoshop, then use www.imageshack.us for hosting the pics(you can't upload sig pics from your computer.)

The multi-player game with still lag like hell since I'm from the USA and you're from Sweden. And I too hope those system specs are true. They will surely be close to that. Creative Assembly is giving it's all to make that come true.
