It's pretty easy anyway, but adjusting the springs can be a pain in the ass sometimes. Of course, if you tune to E with .009s, then it shouldn't be a problem all the way to B with .013s. However, let's say you wanna use .010s for E, then you'll probably have to adjust the springs if you still want your bridge to float. I personally can't stand tuning to E with.009s...sounds like a rubber band.
Even then it's still easy, though. I know lots of guitarists who take their guitars to a fucking luthier to change their strings; not to adjust the truss rod or anything, just to change strings.
They should have their guitars smashed if they can't change their own strings.
