I got this horrid Monty Pythonesque visual in my head, of King Arthur in a doctor's coat, sword and shield in hand, battling a patient in a clinic. It's half "Men In Black alien birth in stationwagon scene" mixed with South Park rediculousness. Camera positioned from the patient's point of view so you don't actually see anything, just Arthur swinging and missing like he's swatting flies with a stop sign or something.
