Hey, i live in california and i want to order a dvd-ep from finland but i dont know if the cd or the dvd portions will work in my cd players/dvd players, can someone tell me?

and typically, all DVD-Roms on CDs will be a worldwide readable format as well, considering theyre on the cd itself anyway.
where youd need to be careful is ordering film dvds or such from other regions, as those have their own regions and dont always work elsewhere.
