mmm, not sure if it's because of the mp3 but your overhead are pumping crazy and missing definition , like a youtube video quality if you know what I mean, watch your phase correlation it's going nuts in the vocals part, the vocals sounds a bit muffed at the begining and I don't know if you are using a vocal exciter or something, I would boost it just a bit or make a higher low cut on it (around 5,7khz)

im very distracted by the hateful nu metal/gothy music, but looking past that, i would say the whole mix is lacking a considerable amount of punch. the snare is almost dead, stick that bitch up in the mix! also the kick drum sounds very distant. give it some more high end and maybe some more low end, hopefully making it sound more precise. the toms are too boomy too, so take out some bass. when you have improved the drums, repost this and ill see what the next step is
