Then Pumpjack is the band. They are the drinking mans band.. or drinking girls band either way... but they promote beer weed and bar-b-q and tractor pulls i mean they sing about good texas stoner rock things... its just sorta funny i know these cats they are so just like that band shows them to be.

Kyle aka Thurber the singer is the most telented dude i knwo by far. So many great bands he has been in singing with so many different styles of vocal.. and playing guitar... Pumpjack is nothing like special in the guitar department i mean the solos are good and clean but this rock n metal rythem guitar heaven. Great stoner riffage.
Kyle used to be in aband with Phil Anselmo
Back when they were both about 19 and were roommates somewhere DFW Tx... so the bands name was Corpse Raper Phil on drums Kyle on guitar both singing and a bass player. Just drunking whiskey weed metal. I got a jam pad recording 7 or so songs... rare extremely rare.
Also Kyle is currently in a band with Dime Bag and Vinnie Paul from Pantera the band is called Gasoline. Its a great stoner beer drinking band ... songs all about drinking smoking etc... just like Pumpjack sorta but with more of a 80's feel like old Kiss.
There is no site for Gasoline but they play every new years night at The Clubhouse in Dallas theclub owned by Dime and Vinnie.
Well hope you dig Pumpjack im positive you will. I am open to burning copies of Corpse Raper and Gasoline for anyone who thinks its that important that they have to have it.
Getting the audio online is also a option i must upload just have to get round to it.
My old band Inflicted was on a comp with loads of other bands... most of which were stoner rock.
