Has anyone else notice that there is already a song called Infernal Death by the band Death? I don't know if it's a tribute or what but I just noticed that there already is one.

That's no miracle if there's a song that has the same title than some other song.
For example led zeppelin has a song called over the hills and far away and so does gary moore and they aren't the same song at all.
